Tutors-To-Teachers (T2T)

Who We Are
The Tutors-to-Teachers (T2T) program, developed by the College of Education and Human Development at George Mason University and funded by the Department of Education, is a Virginia state-wide project designed to build tutors’ skills and increase achievement in elementary and middle school students with a scalable, comprehensive program for teachers, students, and families.

What Makes Us Unique
The unique features of this program include the delivery of high-impact tutoring, supported by high impact tutor training that emphasizes Self-Regulated Learning strategies. This approach ensures both tutors and students/tutees are equipped with the skills needed to improve learning outcomes and foster independent learning.
